Thank you for your devotion today reminding me of the importance of being there for your children. I am a school teacher as well as a mom and I see so many high school students that crave this “Can you just listen to me for a minute?” time in the classroom….just to share with someone and know that they care to hear what they have to say. I do get “too busy” trying to get things done by my deadlines as well and I thank you for your gentle reminder today of what is REALLY important! Have a great day!

  2. Hello, I am a mother of two girls, ages 24 and 10, and yes, they both want attention and affirmation. I thank you for your devotion today reminding me how important it is to just stop and listen. As my oldest is 24, I do know how fast they grow up. I look forward to your devotions and appreciate you sharing these words of wisdom with us!
