Alanon a 12 step program has been helpful in teaching me to stay focused and calm in the face problems. I’ve learned to take care of myself. What to do in a crisis how to stay calm. A minor but aggravating health problem I am experiencing that if surgery required could cause a worse condition because of my other health issue.
