I am beginning a faith challenge. I want to make a drastic change in what the I can do. I know I can’t do anything without Christ…but somehow I believe I can mess it up and fail. I am taking on a eating and training program that is beyond my ability. I have very unhealthy food thoughts. And the discipline to upgrade my fitness level is a big fear of failure. So much that I convince myself I shouldn’t even try.
